I deliver personalised Yoga Classes that you can enjoy at the most convenient times for you and in the most convenient location for you – be it at home or work, in your living room or on the beach, with friends or on your own.
I am able to teach a variety of styles of yoga (Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative yoga) and I like our practise to be what you, the client, need that day - some days we will practise something fast, sometimes something slow, it will all depend on you!

The Future You
This active breath work includes two rounds of 'two part' breathing following by a guided visualisation in which you'll meet your future self and can gain some wisdom from some time spent with them.
